Enable Audio-Video Transcription

Before you start using the feature, enable the setup. This is a one-time task.

1. Navigate to Configurations, and from the Coordination section, select Ingestion.

   You can type the configuration name in the Search field.

2. In the Ingestion pane, one of the default configurations or create a new one.
3. In the Document Ingestion Configuration pane, do the following:
   1. Locate the Audio and Video Processing section.
   2. Select the following options:
      • Enable audio and video files to be played in Sintelix
      • Enable transcripts to be generated

        If the Unavailable message, as illustrated in the screenshot below, is displayed, it indicates that the connection to media processing server is not set up. Contact your Administrator for further help:

        

   3. Click Save.
